I'm interested in the earth's surface, what grows on it and what rots, and the waste that doesn't even rot in the soil.
I look at the landscape, the forest, its growth and the tragedy that man tries to suppress. I am trying to understand this system, I approach the landscape empathetically and see the body. Processes that take place with the growing body, whether the elements break there on their own initiative or being broken by others. Do we apply violence to ourselves voluntarily, either out of weakness or stupidity or on purpose? When someone else brutally walks over us, leaving the ruins to rot slowly.
The soil absorbs the old and new growth begins, but everything that has passed is recorded in the earth and that is transferred as information to sprouting plants. This is how the layers of soil grow and you can't tell if it is improving or increasingly disappearing. Whether it will ever be possible to reach the status of an old-growth forest or
an ever-repeated breakdown continues, the most blissful phase of which is to become a bush-forest.
